Deadly Thinking Train the Presenter

Train the Presenter provides the understanding, confidence and essential knowledge required to deliver Deadly Thinking Youth workshops in your organisation or community.

Description

Aspiring Deadly Thinking Youth presenters should have a good knowledge of mental health, experience in facilitating groups, and a passion for supporting mental wellbeing in their community.

Rural and Remote Mental Health will train and accredit eligible individuals to deliver Deadly Thinking Youth workshops.

Trained presenters are provided with a presenter’s manual, presentation, videos, promotional templates and certificate upon completion. They receive ongoing support from RRMH, accredited trainers and the presenter community.

Non-Indigenous participants are welcome and, once accredited, are entitled to serve as co-presenters. However, for cultural safety reasons all workshops must be led by an Indigenous presenter.
