Welcome to Rural Minds Foundation Training

Rural & Remote Mental Health welcomes you to the Rural Minds Foundation Training and we look forward to greeting you as a member of our national network of program Presenters.

Foundation Training has been developed to introduce you to the Rural Minds program, describe the role and responsibilities of a Presenters, and aims to familiarise you with the workshop lessons. It’s pretty comprehensive so it’s important that you read, watch the videos and become familiar with the content before you participate in a Rural Minds Practical Workshop.

Online learning tips

• Make a study plan and manage your time.
• Set up a comfortable study area and remove possible distractions.
• Complete each lesson and the respective topics in order.
• Participate in the online community of practice and interact with other members of our Presenter network.
