RRMH and CCC do not provide clinical supports but may assist in connecting you with supports in your local area or services/supports specialising in remote delivery.

CCC is registered to provide “Life Transition Supports”, Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, through NDIS funding, Australia wide.

We specialise in assisting people living in rural and isolated areas via remotes services. We have staff currently on the ground in certain areas of Queensland for face to face delivery.

CCC also support clients with psychosocial disabilities through Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program in Western Downs, Goondiwindi and South Burnet regions of Queensland.

This program is available throughout Australia, and we can assist you in contacting your local provider.
